Contest Participation
Contest participation is open to all eligible Creators per section 4.15 of the Terms of Service for Uploaders. Photos uploaded by participants to the contest page MUST be SFW and be of the participant and reflect a genuine intent to participate in the spirit of the contest. Posting photos that do not comply with these guidelines may result in disqualification from the current contest and any future contests on MV.
Contest participation is at the participant’s own leisure and entering is not mandatory. Everyone enters with the chance of winning or losing, and both outcomes are expected to be handled with good sportsmanship. A negative attitude towards MV, the winner, or undermining the legitimacy of our contests is prohibited and may result in disqualification from the current contest and any future contests on MV. Repeat or egregious violation of contest participation guidelines may constitute breach of MV’s Terms of Service and result in termination of the participant’s account per section 7.2 of the Terms of Service for Uploaders.
Contest Closing & Votes
The contest closes exactly when the counter is finished. The voting fluctuates right until the very last second, up until it officially ends. Any votes earned DURING this time, are counted towards the contest. However, any votes submitted AFTER the closing time of the MV contest (including those held for review by our Security Team) do NOT count towards the final contest results. However, if any votes under review by our Security Team are eventually cleared, they DO still count towards the participant’s earnings.
